Dr. Hausdorf has over 30 years of experience working with organizations as both a consultant and a researcher. He has a PhD in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from McMaster University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
Hausdorf is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists (U.S.), and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology. He is a past chair of the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Hausdorf has considerable experience working with senior management teams in multiple roles as a presenter, group facilitator, project leader, and coach.
