Bio/Research

Dr. Davison-Arnott studies coastal processes in the Great Lakes, as well as marine coasts such as the east coast of Canada. He has expertise in coastal erosion of sandy and clay bluff coasts, as well as in the development of sandy beach and dune systems. He has studied the effects of changing lake and sea levels on sandy coasts and modelling the effects of sea-level rise. He has been involved in developing coastal management policy for the Great Lakes.
