Dr. Parker's research involves the investigation of the role of plant cannabinoids and natural endocannabinoids on nausea, vomiting, addiction, emotion and learning in rat and shrew models. Her preclinical research examines the potential of modulation of the endocannabinoid system and plant cannabinoids to regulate nausea, vomiting, addiction, anxiety and learning processes with relevance to human health issues.
