Dr. Mishra's research expertise is in judgment and decision-making involving risk and uncertainty: Who takes risks, what kinds, and under what conditions? He is particularly interested in elements of motivation, social cognition, and personality. He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and executive-level classes in negotiation, decision-making, and statistical analysis and offers consulting/training in these areas of expertise.
