Dr. Graham's primary research interests centre on applications and technologies related to Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA).
Subject areas include but are not limited to bio-regenerative life-support for human space exploration; food insecurity in northern, remote, and vulnerable urban communities; production (standardization) of medicinal crops including cannabis; expansion of high-intensity urban agriculture (ex, vertical farming) crop offerings; non-toxic, low residue, and/or "green" agricultural water disinfection and contaminant control; CEA lighting; novel CEA horticultural management to maximize volume use efficiency; and food safety and biosecurity.
