Dr. Talebi has a diversified background in finance and business. He researches public procurement and the way it helps entrepreneurs and start-ups to become more engaged in solution-finding processes for procurement challenges. His research also focuses on municipalities that are interested in pursuing this approach. Engaging a wider range of stakeholders will help the local economies to grow.
